Simon Watts, Property Services

I am writing this testimonial for Simon Watts to put on record our appreciation for his skills and professionalism when selling our house recently. Simon has good personal skills, relates well to others and is attentive to detail. He combines a motivated attitude with a pragmatic assessment of what is achievable. We found the most satisfying aspect of the way he conducted the sale of our house was that he kept us well-informed at every stage of the sale process. Simon’s key asset is his integrity.

My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Simon to anyone contemplating selling a property. In fact, the best endorsement I can give is that we are about to place another property for sale with Simon.

Simon Watts has lived in Darwin for over 20 years and is here to stay! “I got hooked on the Darwin lifestyle, the people and the laid back atmosphere” says Simon.

Simon married local girl and teacher Rachel Bury in July of 2006 and they just adore their son Jack Watts. While hunting for their dream family home, Simon realised a hidden passion for real estate.

Having spent 12 years in the sales industry working in various positions including Harvey Norman Darwin, Simon joined the successful team at Ray White Central in late 2006. After winning the Rookie of the Year award in his first year Simon has continued to shine as one of Darwin’s most successful agents. “Darwin is a small place, customer service is essential and I love to help people out”.

Simon is a friendly, honest and reliable person who is easy to communicate with. With such an extensive history in sales, you know you’re in good hands with Simon.

“Naturally you want to feel comfortable and confident with your real estate agent. But not only do you need to relate, you actually have to like the person!” We guarantee you’ll like him!
